The only thing that can get you arrested in all 50 states is the lights. Stun guns are incapable of producing more than 30,000 volts (in spite of the advertising) and tasers usually top out at 50,000. The lighter and power bank are not illegal unless one presents it as real. In most states it would get you shot before you get arrested. So … Just stupid ideas.
